About Robert

Throughout his years in the field of mental health counseling, Robert has learned what it takes to develop a good rapport with his clients and that truly caring about the work he does makes a difference in the lives of those he is fortunate enough to work with.

Robert believes counseling through a lens of acknowledgement, acceptance and forgiveness is an impactful and meaningful way to implement change in one's life. Making a positive change can be challenging and can be a fight. Processing your difficulties, no matter how complex they can be, can give you the tools to continue to move forward, manage these challenges, and end patterns that have negatively impacted your life.

Robert earned his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College in 2021 and holds specialized training in EMDR and DBT. He brings 5 years of experience working with adults and adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

Seeing people progress as well as develop positive change in their life and seeing the results is the most rewarding thing to Robert about being a therapist.
