Rhonda M. DiPronio

Rhonda is honored to have clients share their stories, explore areas of their life, experiences, or situations that are challenging and complicated, then collaboratively discover what patterns lay underneath and how to become empowered and develop confidence to grow and heal through those moments.

With over 12 years of experience — including case management, advocacy, and non-clinical social work roles — Rhonda brings a depth of real-world understanding to her clinical practice. She earned her Masters of Social Work from Daemen University in 2025, with previous studies at SUNY Geneseo and ECC. She holds training in CBT for Suicide Prevention and is currently pursuing EMDR certification.

Rhonda was inspired to become a therapist by her own experience with therapy and her life experience working in law enforcement, domestic violence and rape crisis services, with older adults in elder abuse and financial exploitation, and her overall desire to support individuals through their darkest moments and help them recapture their joy and zest for living.

One of her favorite concepts to apply to a therapeutic environment is the idea that butterflies are proof that you can go through a great deal of darkness yet become something beautiful.
