About Holly

With 27 years of experience, Holly Welfel, LMSW, brings a deep well of knowledge, compassion, and expertise to her work with individuals, families, and couples. She earned her MSW from Binghamton University in 2018.

Holly specializes in parenting, attachment styles, chronic illness, trauma-informed care, marriage counseling, crisis intervention, spirituality, cultural and systemic oppression, sex/intimacy, and polyamory/ethical non-monogamy (ENM).

Holly firmly believes that every individual has the innate ability to heal and grow. She utilizes DBT, CBT, Humanistic Theory, Family Systems Therapy, Somatic/Body-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
