Hi there! I'm Alicia Alfred, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York (#098711). I've spent the last decade helping individuals and couples heal, grow, and rediscover themselves. Whether you're working through trauma, navigating anxiety, or recovering from narcissistic abuse, I'm here with compassion, insight, and a whole lot of heart.
I earned my Master's in Social Work in 2013 from Adelphi University, with training in CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
I specialize in teens through adults, supporting them through trauma, anxiety, complex mental health challenges, couples issues, and narcissistic abuse recovery.
