Pablo Hurtado, LMSW
As Director of Government Relations and Community Engagement and a Mobile Clinician, Pablo draws upon his extensive experience in behavioral health and substance abuse counseling to serve the clients of Mobile Counseling of New York.
With 15 years of service in the United States Army’s National Guard, Pablo has had two combat deployments to Afghanistan serving as a Behavioral Health Counselor. During his last deployment, Pablo developed the first Army Substance Abuse Program in Afghanistan. Through this initiative, he sought to aid in the safe transition of the Service Members back home to receive treatment for Substance Use Disorders (SUD).
