Meet Holly. With 27 years of experience, Holly Welfel, LCSW, brings a deep well of knowledge, compassion, and expertise to her work with individuals, families, and couples. She earned her Master of Social Work from Binghamton University in 2018 and specializes in a broad range of areas, including parenting, attachment styles, chronic illness, trauma-informed care, marriage counseling, crisis intervention, spirituality, cultural and systemic oppression, sex/intimacy, and polyamory/ethical non-monogamy (ENM).
Holly is committed to helping her clients navigate complex emotions, relationships, and life challenges, using an approach that is both trauma-informed and empowering.
